Art.9: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

9.1 Pursuant to art.5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n.185, the consumer customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, except for goods sold “made to measure”, by returning the goods received in their original packaging, without tampering with any warranty seal or simple opening and / or deterioration of the same outer packaging, and obtaining a refund of the price paid.

9.2 The consumer who for whatever reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the goods purchased.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised in accordance with the mandatory conditions established by the manufacturers and the right of withdrawal may be exercised as long as the goods have not been used.

9.3 All costs of returning products shall be borne by the customer who, directly or by other means, will deliver them to the seller’s domicile; all items must be received in the same condition as received, provided with the original packaging and any manuals and/or instruction booklets that are part of the package and the original packaging; returning the goods by other means is not permitted.

9.4 In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must, within the above deadline, send an email to info@dien.it or registered letter with return receipt to the following address: DIEN Group S.r.l. Via delle comunicazioni, 11 – 75100 – Matera – Italy.

9.5 DIEN Group S.r.l. will accept the returned goods reserving the right to ascertain that the products have been returned in the state of origin; only in this case will it forward the amount paid by the consumer for the purchase of the products, with shipping costs borne by the customer.

9.6 Transportation costs incurred in delivering the product to the customer and any return to DIEN Group S.r.l. are not refundable.
