Electric Car Charging Stations and Wall Boxes: Revolutionizing Urban Mobility.

In the era of environmental sustainability, electric car charging stations are increasingly becoming a symbol of innovation and ecological responsibility.
These infrastructures are essential to support the growing demand for electric vehicles and represent a significant step toward a greener future.
In this context, wallboxes emerge as a practical and efficient solution for home charging, offering electric car owners a convenient and fast way to charge their vehicles.

A MODE 3 (IEC61851-1) FAST EV CHARGER FOR RESIDENTIAL USE

BENY Series BCPM EV chargers have a patented lP66 design housing for outdoor and indoor use.
The type 2 socket with IEC 62196-2 compliant damper makes it highly flexible and compatible with all electric vehicles.

The Importance of Electric Car Charging Stations.

Charging stations for electric cars are essential for ensuring electric mobility in urban and suburban environments.
These charging stations, available in different capacities, enable fast and safe charging, making electric vehicles as practical and reliable as combustion vehicles.
The network of charging stations is growing rapidly, facilitating long trips and reducing the range anxiety that often accompanies potential electric car buyers.

DYNAMIC LOAD BALANCING FUNCTION

To safely balance the power consumption between electric car chargers and other home appliances to make car chargers in the most efficient way.
DLB (Dynamic Load Balancing) is available in BENY BCP series AC EV charger for home use, when the EV the charger works simultaneously with other household appliances, the DLB the box can maintain the dynamic balance of the total household current and ensure the safety of electricity to avoid household overload.

Wall Box: The Home Charging Solution

Wallboxes are the ideal solution for home charging.
Installed in garages or private spaces, these compact units offer an efficient and customized method of charging.
Unlike public charging stations, wallboxes allow more flexible and often cheaper charging management, enabling users to take advantage of lower nighttime energy rates.

PEN FAILURE DETECTION

Monitors the electrical system and automatically disconnects all poles including the ground conductor in case of a fault.
If the user uses an EV charger equipped with PEN protection, its internal design has a contactor to disconnect the ground, once the PEN line is interrupted, KM1 and KM2 contactors are immediately and automatically disconnected, there is only a weak leakage current between CP and PE at L line, its current value is less than 1 mA, which is the smallest perceived leakage current of the human body, people can disengage, no safety risk

SMART APP FOR OPTION

BENY EV chargers can be controlled by a smart APP via WIFI or Bluetooth connection:
✔ Binding one by one EV charger by resetting the password, prevent EV charger stolen;
✔ Displays data and charging status;
✔ Configures various charging configurations, charging current, DLB mode, etc.
✔ Scheduled refill;
✔ Firmware upgrade;

FEATURES/ADVANTAGES

Advantages of Charging Columns and Wall Boxes

The adoption of charging stations and wallboxes offers many advantages:
**Reduction of Emissions:** Electric cars, by using electricity, significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions compared to combustion vehicles.
**Economic Convenience:** Although the initial cost may seem high, in the long run, using an electric car and charging with wallboxes or public charging stations proves to be cheaper than maintaining a gasoline or diesel car.
**Support to the Electricity Grid:** Wallboxes can be integrated into intelligent energy management systems, helping to balance the load on the electricity grid.

Challenges and Future Prospects

Despite progress, the deployment of charging stations and wallboxes still faces some challenges, such as the need for a more widespread network and the adaptation of existing electric infrastructure.
However, with increasing interest in sustainable mobility and government policy support, the future of charging stations and wallboxes looks bright and promising.
The evolution of electric car charging stations and wallboxes is playing a crucial role in the transition to more sustainable mobility.
These technologies not only facilitate the use of electric cars but also represent a major step forward in the fight against climate change.
As the world moves toward a zero-emission future, charging stations and wallboxes will be increasingly present in our urban landscape.
